-Please note that these are non-smoking and non-pet condos.
-There is no grilling allowed on beach-side (grills are available on-site).
-A $300 per week non-refundable rental payment (applied to total balance) is required to secure unit and guarantee reservation. Final balances are due 45 days prior to check-in if paying with check and 30 days prior if paying through www.PayPal.com (credit card).
-No more than 6 guests (adults & children) are permitted to reside per condo.
