$200 non-refundable deposit required for reservation,
preferably through Paypal.  Units only held with deposit.

Balance due one month prior to check-in.

Daily rates available with a minimum of 3 nights rental.  
These short term rentals can only be made 10 days
before intended stay.

Weekly rentals (7 nights) are from Saturday check-in
3:00PM to Saturday check-out 10:00AM.

All units are non-smoking and no pets allowed.
