We really enjoyed turtle beach. Very family oriented. The seaweed was in the first few days and water was rough.
Calmed down by Thursday. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The umbrella was broken and were only
3 sand chairs (1 was ripped). I am trying to get my brother and his family to maybe rent the place next door next year.
We shall see!

Ms. Davenport,
We had a great time—it just went too fast! (Is there a price break if we were to rent for two weeks?)
My husband and I were even able to watch the Mote Aquarium folks marking a turtle nest one morning. That was
really neat!
I loved having the comfy chairs on the lanai so that when I got up before everyone else (which was most days), I could
take a book out there and read while listening to the ocean music—it was perfect for me. It was difficult, though, trying
to take pictures from the lanai—the screen got in the way. It would be great if there was a way for at least one panel of
the screen to slide open.
We hope to be back next year (the same unit unless we get another couple interested in going and then we would
want the adjoining units)—if the state of the economy doesn’t sour on us between now and then. Hopefully that won’t
happen and we’ll be on our merry way back to Fisherman’s Cove.

OH WE HAD A GREAT TIME.....Condo was lovely as usual.
It is wonderful to wake up and look out at the beautiful beach. The sense of serenity and peace can't be described!
The location of the condo can't be beat. The screened lanai is perfect. We ate breakfast there everyday and played
games there every night. The pool is a great addition also. Many condo units do not face the beach and are not
easily accessible to the public beach.
I was surprised that many complexes didn't have pools!
We will definitely -- God willing -- be vacationing with you again next year,,,,,,,,We hope to do at least 2 weeks, and
maybe 3 around the same time next year.
We were going to seriously look for other places to stay on the Key, but came to the conclusion that we really couldn't
improve on anything!

We love the condo, it was nicely furnished, the kitchen was well furnished, the beach stuff was great - chairs, umbrella,
sand toys, noodles, and towels and the wine was a nice touch. We did not have had to bring anything from home. We
especially liked the location of A114 within Fisherman's Cove. It is next to the pool and beach access ramp. Turtle
Beach and south is my favorite place. It is great for walking and shelling as well as surfing. Oh and the sunsets were
great. We will certainly recommend your condos to friends and plan to come back for future vacations. We have
friends in Sarasota and they were impressed also.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Beach - your condo was perfect......the mattress on the king bed was one of the
best I have ever slept on!! We found the condo to be very well equipped and extremely comfortable and homey - I
can't honestly think of anything that was lacking. The beach was terrific - I am a walker and it was a great place to
walk. We also really enjoyed having our little boat there - it was so nice to be able to cross the parking lot, jump in and
go for a ride on a moments notice. When it came time to leave, we all agreed that if circumstances permit we will try to
book it for a "staycation" again next year.

Hello.
We had a fabulous time! The condos were perfect for our needs. My brother's family feels the same way. We
especially enjoyed the view and the convenience of walking out the door and being on the beach. The kitchen was so
well equipped.
The laundry facilities in the rooms were so handy. The beach chairs and beach toys in the lanai were wonderful!
Thank you for providing such great accommodations. We would definitely like to stay there again. We usually
vacation every other year so if we return to Florida in two years, we'd like to rent the very same condos. My mother
and her sisters usually visit Boca Grande in late winter. I have recommended your place to her.
Again, we loved your place! I feel like I could easily move in full time.
We would recommend the units to anyone who loves the beach. Thank you again for such a comfortable place to
spend our vacation!

We LOVED your condo and our stay at your place. It was so well equipped with everything from cooking utensils
down to the beach chairs and toys! What a savings to not have to go out and buy beach chairs and toys-only to be
left behind at the end of our stay.
We will definitely be back and actually planning a trip on October or November.
One question that we did have is about the beach- why is the sand so different from Crescent beach that is just up the
street? Just curious seems so strange to us.
The wireless access gave us trouble too-but again Kerry took care of this for us on several occasions. It was
wonderful to have someone to call with any issues!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for the "great weather" that we experienced the past two weeks in
Florida, we had a great time. Our daughter's wedding went off without hitch and so everyone enjoyed their time
thoroughly.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal and hope to return next year. It is
such a beautiful beach (much more of it this year), and with Casey
Key right there you can walk for miles in mostly solitude. The
Pelicans are so fun to watch.
The condo is quite comfortable, and we ate in a lot more this year
than last. Noticed there were new kitchen utensils etc.,
The long distance service calling free is very nice.
Again everything seemed to work well during our stay.

Dear Jeannie,
Well I was finally able to get caught up at work after our wonderful yet short trip so now I can get back with you.
My husband and I have been vacationing up and down the gulf coast for several years trying to find the spot that most
suited us and I think we found it. We loved the lay back feel, the good restaurants, and the close proximity to
shopping. We walked for hours every day!
Your condo fit us to a tee. Everything was comfortable, the new bathrooms were lovely, and the decor was attractive.
It is really difficult to be critical when everything was so nice. If only every stay in a new place went so smoothly!
We are planning another trip this summer if schedules with our two daughters permit. We want to show them why we
enjoyed ourselves so immensely.

Thank you for the lovely accommodation at Fisherman's Cove! The unit was clean and well-kept and provided
everything we needed for a nice vacation.
Our family especially loved the quiet end of the beach. In fact, we spent most of everyday just hanging out in the
water, skim boarding and collecting shells. We even found some special shell treasures when we took the canoe out!
The sunsets were lovely and the balcony view was perfect!

Thank you for contacting us about our stay. It was WONDERFUL!! My husband and I are talking about going back to
Siesta Key next summer. We loved your condo, it was very comfortable, especially the enclosed porch. The only thing
that we found uncomfortable was the love bugs in the apt. behind the TV, recliners on the porch, and inside the
kitchen screened door. All were dead but the cleaners did not do anything about vacuuming up the little critters prior
to our arrival. As soon as we know our schedule for next year we will contact you. I personally would love to stay for 2
weeks next time.

We loved the location of the units especially with the kids. Having the pool and beach right out the door was ideal.
The island was beautiful as well as the weather. Our favorite beach was the Siesta Key Beach. We spent our entire
last day at the beach - it was a wonderful day. Having our friends next door was wonderful, it is a must for us.
The kitchen was nicely equipped ( a few more garbage bags would have been ideal though).

Hello,
Our vacation was wonderful. Being right on the beach was perfect, especially with the kids. The condo was beautiful
and clean! The bathrooms are gorgeous.
The kids thought the master with no shower door was fun. It had everything we needed. I thought you suppling the
beach towels was great, they tend to take up so much room in a suit case. Having are friends right next to us was
great. We were able to hang out every night right there at the table while the kids played together. It was perfect.

We had a great vacation last week at your condominium and plan to make this a regular annual stay.
We may stay for two weeks next year so can you check your calendar and let me know whether the same week is
available next year and the following week as well.
Thanks for the offer of a discount, we do try and look after things like they are our own and we do try and leave things
cleaner than we found them so we are pleased to hear Kerry's comments.
My only recommendation is that you should have some laundry detergent available for emergency loads, other than
that, the condo was well outfitted.

Thank you for providing us such an outstanding abode to enjoy for a week. We couldn't have been happier---unless
we could have stayed longer!
When selecting a spot, I looked at MANY, but I thought you should know that one of the selling points, which may
sound trivial, was that you provided beach towels. When one travels from afar, packing beach towels is a pain; buying
them on site and leaving them year after year seems foolish. Thank you for providing them. Other things about 303
that impressed us: hair dryers in the bathrooms, thick towels, radio/CD player, baggies/Saran/foil, outstanding
pots/pans/cookie sheets/cutting boards/platter, leftover containers, bowls, salt/pepper, cooking oil in a kitchen that was
both functional, gorgeous, and easy to use; a washer and dryer in the condo, a drying rack, ironing board and iron,
and a color scheme that was tasteful, coordinated, and not Pepto Bismol pink. What a classy, relaxing, wonderful
spot! Both of you were helpful and welcoming, but not intrusive. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed every moment in
Siesta Key. We would like to reserve for next year, We'd like 303 again. There will be the same two couples. Again,
thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Jeanie, we had a wonderful time as I told you brother on the phone before we left. We tried to take care of the place
like it was our home.
I can go on with the positives, location, friendly people, beautiful weather, being right on the ocean, beautiful views and
sunsets, Lazy Boy recliners on the terrace, noise of the waves breaking, walks on the beach, the crazy dives of the
brown pelicans, closeness to Casey Key beach….just a wonderful two weeks.
We found everything in place and were able to move right in when we arrived.
Other than a few minor items everything was great.
I hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.

The apartment is very nice, and the new sofa that arrived just prior to my departure will certainly be of great use to
others who need that extra bed. It is very comfortable. as well.
I had the good fortune to meet the family that was staying in the unit next to 114 on my last day. They were from Ohio
also. They wanted some information about your places at Crescent Royale, so I gave them your web page info and
your phone number. I touted how your apartment was so well maintained. I wouldn't be surprised if they were to contact

I definitely plan on using your services on my future trips to Sarasota. I am planning a few long weekends, and if I see

We had a wonderful time. We loved being on the first floor and near the pool. We
really liked Siesta Key beach, but liked staying at FC. We especially enjoyed
going out in the bay in the canoe. I loved the fact that things that everyone
uses were left in the condo for others. I hate having to buy every little thing
that you might need (coffee filters, oil, foil, etc.). It was great to come in
and have those things. We are leaning toward Siesta Key or Sanibel for next
year about the same time. Will let you know...but know that we very much
enjoyed Siesta Key and your condo at FC! Kerry was very nice and helpful. And
the gift card was an awesome extra. The restaurant was so good we went back
another night!

Ms. Davenport,
We had a great time—it just went too fast! (Is there a price break if we were to rent for two weeks?)
My husband and I were even able to watch the Mote Aquarium folks marking a turtle nest one morning. That was
really neat!
I loved having the comfy chairs on the lanai so that when I got up before everyone else (which was most days), I could
take a book out there and read while listening to the ocean music—it was perfect for me. It was difficult, though, trying
to take pictures from the lanai—the screen got in the way. It would be great if there was a way for at least one panel of
the screen to slide open.
We hope to be back next year (the same unit unless we get another couple interested in going and then we would
want the adjoining units)—if the state of the economy doesn’t sour on us between now and then. Hopefully that won’t
happen and we’ll be on our merry way back to Fisherman’s Cove.

OH WE HAD A GREAT TIME.....Condo was lovely as usual.
It is wonderful to wake up and look out at the beautiful beach. The sense of serenity and peace can't be described!
The location of the condo can't be beat. The screened lanai is perfect. We ate breakfast there everyday and played
games there every night. The pool is a great addition also. Many condo units do not face the beach and are not
easily accessible to the public beach.
I was surprised that many complexes didn't have pools!
We will definitely -- God willing -- be vacationing with you again next year,,,,,,,,We hope to do at least 2 weeks, and
maybe 3 around the same time next year.
We were going to seriously look for other places to stay on the Key, but came to the conclusion that we really couldn't
improve on anything!

We love the condo, it was nicely furnished, the kitchen was well furnished, the beach stuff was great - chairs, umbrella,
sand toys, noodles, and towels and the wine was a nice touch. We did not have had to bring anything from home. We
especially liked the location of A114 within Fisherman's Cove. It is next to the pool and beach access ramp. Turtle
Beach and south is my favorite place. It is great for walking and shelling as well as surfing. Oh and the sunsets were
great. We will certainly recommend your condos to friends and plan to come back for future vacations. We have
friends in Sarasota and they were impressed also.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Beach - your condo was perfect......the mattress on the king bed was one of the
best I have ever slept on!! We found the condo to be very well equipped and extremely comfortable and homey - I
can't honestly think of anything that was lacking. The beach was terrific - I am a walker and it was a great place to
walk. We also really enjoyed having our little boat there - it was so nice to be able to cross the parking lot, jump in and
go for a ride on a moments notice. When it came time to leave, we all agreed that if circumstances permit we will try to
book it for a "staycation" again next year.

We had a fabulous time! The condos were perfect for our needs. My brother's family feels the same way. We
especially enjoyed the view and the convenience of walking out the door and being on the beach. The kitchen was so
well equipped.
The laundry facilities in the rooms were so handy. The beach chairs and beach toys in the lanai were wonderful!
Thank you for providing such great accommodations. We would definitely like to stay there again. We usually
vacation every other year so if we return to Florida in two years, we'd like to rent the very same condos. My mother
and her sisters usually visit Boca Grande in late winter. I have recommended your place to her.
Again, we loved your place! I feel like I could easily move in full time.

We LOVED your condo and our stay at your place. It was so well equipped with everything from cooking utensils
down to the beach chairs and toys! What a savings to not have to go out and buy beach chairs and toys-only to be
left behind at the end of our stay.
We will definitely be back and actually planning a trip on October or November.
One question that we did have is about the beach- why is the sand so different from Crescent beach that is just up the
street? Just curious seems so strange to us.
The wireless access gave us trouble too-but again Kerry took care of this for us on several occasions. It was
wonderful to have someone to call with any issues!

Fisherman's Cove Unit B306
We enjoyed our stay a great deal and hope to return next year. It is
such a beautiful beach (much more of it this year), and with Casey
Key right there you can walk for miles in mostly solitude. The
Pelicans are so fun to watch.
The condo is quite comfortable, and we ate in a lot more this year
than last. Noticed there were new kitchen utensils etc.,
The long distance service calling free is very nice.
Again everything seemed to work well during our stay.

Dear Jeannie,
Well I was finally able to get caught up at work after our wonderful yet short trip so now I can get back with you.
My husband and I have been vacationing up and down the gulf coast for several years trying to find the spot that most
suited us and I think we found it. We loved the lay back feel, the good restaurants, and the close proximity to
shopping. We walked for hours every day!
Your condo fit us to a tee. Everything was comfortable, the new bathrooms were lovely, and the decor was attractive.
It is really difficult to be critical when everything was so nice. If only every stay in a new place went so smoothly!
We are planning another trip this summer if schedules with our two daughters permit. We want to show them why we
enjoyed ourselves so immensely.

We LOVED the condo!!!! Kerry was super nice too! I hope we cleaned it up okay for him? I would have done (or at
least started) the laundry but I didn't have any laundry soap (Sorry!).
We will definitely be back!! Any weekends that you want to fill up the condo just let us know and we will be there!! We
are looking at staying for a week in the summer, when we firm up our dates I will let you know.
We also had some friends/family over to visit on Saturday and they want to book with you guys too!!

Arrived home from vacation yesterday afternoon. We had such a great time!! Mason was either in the waves or in the
pool when we were at the condo! Thanks so much for the accommodations – they were great and you can bet I will be
telling everyone about Siesta Key. The weather was beautiful, didn’t seem as humid as it is here and so it was quite
pleasant. The scenery was great! I loved everything about Siesta Key. It was such an easy going atmosphere. We

Thank you for the lovely accommodation at Fisherman's Cove! The unit was clean and well-kept and provided
everything we needed for a nice vacation.
Our family especially loved the quiet end of the beach. In fact, we spent most of everyday just hanging out in the
water, skim boarding and collecting shells. We even found some special shell treasures when we took the canoe out!
The sunsets were lovely and the balcony view was perfect!
We will certainly keep it in mind if we return to Siesta Key next year. If not, I will be happy to tell friends about it!

Jeanie, I am sorry I am just getting back to you. I have not been at work in a long time and I am just checking my email
at work. We had a wonderful time. Everyone that went with us is already talking about next year. We appreciate

Thank you for contacting us about our stay. It was WONDERFUL!! My husband and I are talking about going back to
Siesta Key next summer. We loved your condo, it was very comfortable, especially the enclosed porch. The only thing
that we found uncomfortable was the love bugs in the apt. behind the TV, recliners on the porch, and inside the
kitchen screened door. All were dead but the cleaners did not do anything about vacuuming up the little critters prior
to our arrival. As soon as we know our schedule for next year we will contact you. I personally would love to stay for 2
weeks next time.
Thank you again for a little piece of heaven. My husband and I have been telling all our friends about Siesta Key and
your place.

We loved the location of the units especially with the kids. Having the pool and beach right out the door was ideal.
The island was beautiful as well as the weather. Our favorite beach was the Siesta Key Beach. We spent our entire
last day at the beach - it was a wonderful day. Having our friends next door was wonderful, it is a must for us.
The kitchen was nicely equipped ( a few more garbage bags would have been ideal though).
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend your unit to anyone. Thank you for your hospitality and for letting
us into your lovely condo. You are very lucky to own such a lovely piece of paradise!

Hello,
Our vacation was wonderful. Being right on the beach was perfect, especially with the kids. The condo was beautiful
and clean! The bathrooms are gorgeous.
The kids thought the master with no shower door was fun. It had everything we needed. I thought you suppling the
beach towels was great, they tend to take up so much room in a suit case. Having are friends right next to us was
great. We were able to hang out every night right there at the table while the kids played together. It was perfect.
When we plan our next trip to Siesta Key we will definitely call you. Thanks again and have a wonderful summer.

Hi Davenports,
We had a great vacation last week at your condominium and plan to make this a regular annual stay.
We may stay for two weeks next year so can you check your calendar and let me know whether the same week is
available next year and the following week as well.
Thanks for the offer of a discount, we do try and look after things like they are our own and we do try and leave things
cleaner than we found them so we are pleased to hear Kerry's comments.
My only recommendation is that you should have some laundry detergent available for emergency loads, other than
that, the condo was well outfitted.

Thank you for providing us such an outstanding abode to enjoy for a week. We couldn't have been happier---unless
we could have stayed longer!
When selecting a spot, I looked at MANY, but I thought you should know that one of the selling points, which may
sound trivial, was that you provided beach towels. When one travels from afar, packing beach towels is a pain; buying
them on site and leaving them year after year seems foolish. Thank you for providing them. Other things about 303
that impressed us: hair dryers in the bathrooms, thick towels, radio/CD player, baggies/Saran/foil, outstanding
pots/pans/cookie sheets/cutting boards/platter, leftover containers, bowls, salt/pepper, cooking oil in a kitchen that was
both functional, gorgeous, and easy to use; a washer and dryer in the condo, a drying rack, ironing board and iron,
and a color scheme that was tasteful, coordinated, and not Pepto Bismol pink. What a classy, relaxing, wonderful
spot! Both of you were helpful and welcoming, but not intrusive. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed every moment in
Siesta Key. We would like to reserve for next year, We'd like 303 again. There will be the same two couples. Again,
thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Jeanie, we had a wonderful time as I told you brother on the phone before we left. We tried to take care of the place
like it was our home.
I can go on with the positives, location, friendly people, beautiful weather, being right on the ocean, beautiful views and
sunsets, Lazy Boy recliners on the terrace, noise of the waves breaking, walks on the beach, the crazy dives of the
brown pelicans, closeness to Casey Key beach….just a wonderful two weeks.
We found everything in place and were able to move right in when we arrived.
Other than a few minor items everything was great.
I hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.
We hope to stay again next year......................

Your condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and accommodating. We could

Thank you so much for all that you did to ensure that I had a great vacation. I really appreciated your making
accommodations for me to bring my boat, and to simplify my stay.
The apartment is very nice, and the new sofa that arrived just prior to my departure will certainly be of great use to
others who need that extra bed. It is very comfortable. as well.
I had the good fortune to meet the family that was staying in the unit next to 114 on my last day. They were from Ohio
also. They wanted some information about your places at Crescent Royale, so I gave them your web page info and
your phone number. I touted how your apartment was so well maintained. I wouldn't be surprised if they were to contact
you next time they come back.
I definitely plan on using your services on my future trips to Sarasota. I am planning a few long weekends, and if I see
on your calendars that there is any availability, I will try to stay with you on those trips, as well.

We had a wonderful time. We loved being on the first floor and near the pool. We
really liked Siesta Key beach, but liked staying at FC. We especially enjoyed
going out in the bay in the canoe. I loved the fact that things that everyone
uses were left in the condo for others. I hate having to buy every little thing
that you might need (coffee filters, oil, foil, etc.). It was great to come in
and have those things. We are leaning toward Siesta Key or Sanibel for next
year about the same time. Will let you know...but know that we very much
enjoyed Siesta Key and your condo at FC! Kerry was very nice and helpful. And
the gift card was an awesome extra. The restaurant was so good we went back
another night!
